okay now you should have a clear sense of what it is you want to accomplish this year – what your goals are
before you begin the action steps toward those goals i would like you to do an excersize
close your eyes and relax
breathe deeply and slowly in thru your nose out thur your mouth allowing all your indiviaual body parts to relax tense each and then relax it if that helps but take time out and just relax
if it helps go to a safe and comfortable place either a place you have been to and feel relaxed and confortable in or a place of your imagination
once you are relaxed imagine yourself , your life, the people around you, the work you will be doing etc one year from now imagine in other words htat you have achieved your goals
picture yourself healthier because you have lost the weight you wanted and have been excersizing, picture yourself in your new ideal job , see yourself in a new relationship whatever your goals were create that for yourself in your minds eye
if it all fits
if it all feels right and good
put it out in the universe say to yourself or even out loud this is the life i want to creat and this is the life i will create this year
i will accomplish – fill in the what you want to accomplish
and put it out there in the universe as your intention
the principle of creating an intention is this’
What do you want to receive in life? Besides the obvious physical goals we all have in mind, what do you crave on a deeper level? Allow yourself to feel
what you want. Resonate it outwards and it will come into you.
you must however be clear on what it is you want to manifest and that has been the purpose of these steps up til now
and of course now you need to be the cause of the effect so next we will talk about creating the action!!
